A three days training programme has been organised by NIOS and Intel at the premises of Bajaj Institute of Learning, Dehradun from 19th October to 21st of October, under the guidance and conduction of Mr. Chandresh Bhargav which was very very innovative, informative and related to 21st century's methods of teaching and dealing with the kids of different academic fields. We have learnt Ms-word (editing the document), Excel (make a spreadsheet using formulas)and Powerpoint (slide shows and presentations), How to make your own blog edit them and share with different people, How to use the different teaching tools in the classroom or for the students, How to make slide shows on blogs, how to do video conferencing through Skype, how to make wiki and share photos, videos in that, What is the difference between web 1.0 and web 2.0, transliteration etc...The best part was to make and share blogs with your students, colleagues, friends and family and can edit them later, putting different slides and videos on blogs was also very interesting part of it. I would love to share this training programnme with all my friends, colleagues and family members. I can also use this training material to teach my students as I am the computer teacher of them. I find this tranning very useful for the teachers and I would like to share my experience with all the teachers for effective teaching and learning. We can implement this in our teaching by making presentations for students in various topics along with video and images from diferent web sites.We can provide the students latest knowledge about every thing with help of internet.I am very thankful to Mr. Chandresh Sir for giving such a valuable knowledge which will me in future.Iwould like that every one should attend such workshops for the benefit of the schoo a nd the studends.

I was happy to learn about creating blog and work with wiki spaces,When i will be back to my school, with my students i am going to make my school site on blogg. I will like to recommend that this very course must be shared with all teachers of uttarakhand.
ReplyDeleteThe overall Seminar was really a knowledge worthy. The second day was the best part where new ideas to create blogs, becoming a part of Intel community was taken up.
ReplyDeleteThe program can be chained up to colleagues to impart new learning plus it provide benifit to students also as their friends can link up and discuss the problems online, share common answers, interact with teachers, express any comments regarding the happening in a school and ......no ends.
At last ....its a beginning .....being a part of valuable blogs, community where one can know other and has a place somewhere.
